The Lubomyr Prytulak 12-Dec-2005 letter to CHRC Chief Commissioner Mary M Gusella, "CJC Show Trial Continues Expurgating Prytulak Defense" outlines the spoliation (suppression or destruction) of respondent documents in the Canadian Human Rights Commission (CHRC) case of CJC v Prytulak.  Responsibility for this spoliation, then, might attach most strongly to those who fund and control the CJC, and might involve contravention of both the Canadian Human Rights Act and the Canadian Criminal Code.

CANADIAN HUMAN RIGHTS ACT

	INVESTIGATION
Obstruction	43. (3) No person shall obstruct an investigator in the investigation of a complaint.

	OFFENCES AND PUNISHMENT
Offence	60. (1) Every person is guilty of an offence who
	[...]
	(b) obstructs a member or panel in carrying out its functions under this Part; or
	(c) contravenes subsection [...] 43(3) [...].
Punishment	(2) A person who is guilty of an offence under subsection (1) is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding $50,000.

CANADIAN CRIMINAL CODE

FRAUDULENT CONCEALMENT 341.  Every one who, for a fraudulent purpose, takes, obtains, removes or conceals anything is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years.

If information were disclosed that others controlled or funded the CJC more than you, then this might point to the propriety of directing future correspondence on the question of responsibility for spoliation in CJC v Prytulak to them.
