05 October 2005 |
I call to your attention my 03-Oct-2005 submission to the Canadian Human Rights Commission (CHRC) titled Concealment, followed by confession, of CHRC spoliation, of which I have enclosed a copy, and which protests the recent decision of the CHRC Disposition Committee, which I am informed consisted of only Mary M Gusella and yourself, to submit the matter of Canadian Jewish Congress v Ukrainian Archive (CJC v UKAR), File 20031527, to the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal (CHRT).
The basis of my 03-Oct-2005 protest that concerns you is that in an effort to influence your vote, Mary M Gusella expurgated the record placed before you. Her expurgation, which I refer to as "spoliation" (by which I mean suppression or destruction), was of my 29-Jul-2005 submission to the CHRC, which for the sake of clarity I refer to as the "Prytulak Comment," and of which I have also enclosed a copy. The Prytulak Comment is the crucial document that Mary M Gusella was obligated to bring to your attention, but which she decided citing no authority you would be better off to never see. Had you seen it, you would have been apprised of a long history of CHRC spoliation of Prytulak documents, which might have led you to ask why no Prytulak facts or arguments had ever been acknowledged in either the First or the Second Investigator's Report, such weighty facts and arguments as can be found, for example, in the 20-Feb-2004 Prytulak letter to Mary M Gusella titled Ukrainian Archive Philo-Semitism Encounters a Snarling Rottweiler, and in several other submissions which are available on the UKAR web site, and which it is unnecessary to review here.
By denying you access to the Prytulak Comment, Mary M Gusella paid you the indirect compliment of perceiving you as having the integrity and strength of character to frustrate her by voting against sending CJC v UKAR to the CHRT. Had she perceived you as corrupt and weak, she could have shown you all relevant documents, and requested that you vote against your conscience anyway.
While paying you this indirect compliment, however, Mary M Gusella was simultaneously digging you a pitfall, to explain which I bring to your attention that as of this morning, and possibly earlier, a Google search for "Aimable Ndejuru" displays www.ukar.org in first place, and quotes that "Aimable Ndejuru's vote, then, was obtained fraudulently." In other words, the world already knows that Mary M Gusella misled you, and now waits to see your reaction to having been misled. If you fail to protest Mary M Gusella's spoliation, you acquiesce to it, and you take your place among the conspirators. If, on the other hand, you do protest Mary M Gusella's spoliation, you distance yourself from her lawlessness, and you assert the integrity and strength of character to which Mary M Gusella has already paid indirect tribute, and which as yet remain unblemished.
I recommend that you do not hesitate to voice your protest. I recommend that you do not walk into Mary M Gusella's trap. I recommend that you not bind your fate to that of Mary M Gusella who has compromised herself beyond redemption, and who can look forward to nothing but deepening disgrace. In the Internet Age in which wrongdoing can be readily noticed and can remain on record in perpetuity, your failing to protest Mary M Gusella's abuse of your trust is capable of leaving an indelible blot on your record.
Yours truly,
Lubomyr Prytulak
