Frank Walus: Victim of the Simon Wiesenthal Witch Hunt
If Frank Walus is Polish, why is his story included within the pages of the Ukrainian Archive? One reason is that the same forces that attacked Frank Walus are the forces that also attacked, and continue to attack, Ukrainians, like John Demjanjuk. The story of Frank Walus underlines and amplifies the degree to which these forces act viciously and irresponsibly, and it serves to demonstrate that John Demjanjuk was not an aberration of an otherwise just and equitable system, but is rather the most salient of the many victims which an unjust and inequitable system has ravaged.
Readers interested in an outstanding instance of the calumniation of the Polish people are invited to study the case of Jerzy Kosinski.
