Mr Prime Minister:

The recently-defeated attempt of convicted terrorist bomber Steven Rambam to shut down my web site, the Ukrainian Archive (UKAR) at www.ukar.org, through his law suit in the Los Angeles Superior Court www.ukar.org/temp/b166388.pdf, and the pending attempt of the Canadian Jewish Congress (CJC) to do the same by means of Canadian Human Rights Commission (CHRC) prosecution have something in common � Steven Rambam was the front man for the CJC Fifty-Confessions Hoax which is exposed in several documents on UKAR, as for example in my 11-Jun-2003 letter to Steven Rambam Efraim Zuroff doesn't believe you either www.ukar.org/rambam09.html.  Therefore, it may be reasonable to go from the observation that the two prosecutions are implemented by members of the same gang of Fifty-Confessions Hoaxers to the conclusion that the two prosecutions have the same chief motive � which is to shut down a web site which explains, and reminds Canadians of, the CJC Fifty-Confessions Hoax.

As was brought to your attention in my letter to you of 25-Mar-2004 (Irwin Cotler collaboration with Steven Rambam www.ukar.org/martin/martin05.html), Irwin Cotler was the publicly-acknowledged CJC recipient of at least some of Steven Rambam's Hoax documents, which is to say that Cotler was among the Hoax participants.

Furthermore, the commencement of the pending CHRC action coincided with your making Irwin Cotler Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada, which leaves the impression that the CJC dared to lodge its complaint with the CHRC only when Hoax coconspirator Irwin Cotler was about to be elevated to a position from which he would be able to facilitate the CJC action and promote its success.

The appearance of corruption of Justice Minister Irwin Cotler and of the Canadian Human Rights Commission is supported by the heavy reliance on spoliation (suppression or destruction of documents) on behalf of both Steven Rambam in Los Angeles and the CJC in Ottawa, as you have read in your copy of my 27-May-2004 letter to CHRC Chief Commissioner, Mary M Gusella, Lubomyr Prytulak Reply to CHRC Hannya Rizk Investigator's Report www.ukar.org/chrc/gusell07.html.
