(1) August 2005 was a particularly evil month for media attacks against Ukrainians. Myroslava Oleksiuk’s e-Poshta has been at the forefront at bringing this defamation to the attention of Ukrainians and publishing letters of outrage written to the various media outlets protesting this defamation. (See issues of Aug. 03, 09, 12, 19, 25, 31 and Sep. 05, 2005.)
The first item was a skit on the Peter Warren Show, wherein Mr. Warren accuses the federal government of being chicken to deport five so-called “Nazi war criminals”. There were responses by Paulette MacQuarrie and Will Zuzak.
The second item was an attack on the Galicia Division by the Holocaust Industry via the BBC News (Aug. 02), BBC Radio 4 Today (Aug. 02), Sunday Times - Scotland (Aug. 14), and CanWest newspapers across Canada (Aug. 17) including the Edmonton Journal, Ottawa Citizen, Saskatoon Star Phoenix, and Victoria Times-Colonist. Responses were by Roman Leskiw, Will Zuzak, Taras Podilsky, Lubomyr Luciuk, Paulette MacQuarrie and Walter Salmaniw.
