Dear Ms. McLellan:

I am enclosing copies of two letters that I have recently sent to Neal Sher.  Mr. Sher has not answered the questions which I have asked in these letters.

I think that if Mr. Sher does not provide satisfactory answers to these questions prior to his arrival in Canada, then he will find the same questions being put to him by the press, to the embarrassment of your government.
