- Volodymyr Viatrovych masterfully refutes the assertions of the open letter (signed by 68 people headed by David Marples) decrying "decommunization" and the recognition of OUN/UPA as "fighters for Ukrainian independence". Ten of the signatories signed the 23Apr2011 full-page advertisement in the National Post criticising UCC for insisting the Holodomor be appropriately displayed in the CMHR.
- In her short 8-paragraph article, Lysiane Gagnon manages to express her phobia against Ukraine, Steven Harper, John Baird, NATO, the Canadian military advisors, the Monument to Victims of Communism, and the Conservative Party of Canada. This contrasts with her philism for Vladimir Putin and Muscovite imperialism.
