- Ms. Hepburn analyses the 23Aug2012 Wall Street Journal article by Viktor Yushchenko, former president of Ukraine, titled "Ukraine's democracy hasn't come of age", which  calls on Europe and the United States not to abandon Ukraine despite democratic-backsliding by the Yanukovych regime. She concludes that the article is rather self-serving, since it ignores his own failures during his tenure in office.

- Vera Demjanjuk asks the Federal Constitutional Court to clarify and determine that her husband, John Demjanjuk, was sentenced illegally and in violation of relevant and supporting principles of the Constitution of the Federal Republic and the European Convention on Human Rights.
- Ulrich Busch asks Kurt Schrimm (the lead public prosecutor in the 2009-2011 Munich trial of John Demjanjuk) to confirm that, in the absence of the Appeals Court decision, Mr. Demjanjuk must be considered innocent. Mr. Schrimm agrees that "your former client John Demjanjuk is to be considered innocent due to the absence of the legally binding verdict".

- In 1997, Georgi Gongadze reports on the press conference of Yulia Tymoshenko, President of United Energy Systems of Ukraine re gas imports from Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, etc.
- Lubomyr Markevych supplies 189 photos of the 18-25Aug2012 PLAST "Zustrich" and links to articles on (PLAST activist, Edmonton-educated, IBM researcher) Lubomyr Romankiw, who was recently inducted into the National Inventors Hall of Fame for his work on computer hard drives.

Introduction
- As explained in the Introduction, we have archived Eugene Harasymiw's contributions in 7 categories -- 128 Letters, 20 articles, 14Feb2003 Hearings on Bill C-18, involvement in the Canada 2000 Election, Canadians All! constitutional proposals, legal Analysis of the Charter of the UGOCC and his unpublished book "Justice Defiled". His whole life was dedicated to defending Ukraine and Ukrainians against defamation and demonization. His uncompromising stance on the issue of denaturalization and deportation was unmatched by anyone in Canada. Ukrainians miss him.
