Zuzak GRC Report; Wed., August 03, 2005
(1)
On July 19, 2005, Marco Levytsky of the
Ukrainian News had an opportunity to question the Minister of
Citizenship and
Immigration, Joe Volpe, on his negative position towards the
Citizenship
Revocation Report tabled by the Standing Committee on Citizenship and
Immigration, which recommended a rigorous judicial process in a
criminal court
of law utilizing “beyond a reasonable doubt” criteria. Mr. Levytsky’s
very
critical article and editorial in the Jul. 20 - Aug. 02, 2005 issue of
the
Ukrainian News is archived via both the Josef Furman and Ukrainian News

As reported previously, Dr. Lubomyr
Prytulak received notification dated June 30, 2005 from the Canadian
Human
Rights Commission (CHRC) that their new Investigator's Report
recommends that
the complaint by the Canadian Jewish Congress (CJC) against UKAR be
submitted
to the CHR Tribunal. Dr Prytulak’s reply dated July 29, 2005 to Mary
Gusella,
Chief Commissioner of the CHRC, accuses CHRC personnel of ignoring and
spoliating his previous submissions and demands that his submissions be
considered before responding to any new allegations:
