Suspending a high school student for a week for sporting a T-shirt with a banal pro-Jesus message is a good start. But zealous school administrators involved in the case need not stop there. They should also proscribe that most unfortunate but oft-heard greeting, "How are you?"
It, too, should be banned from use on school property, considering how it includes a leading question that is, to say the least, egregiously invasive of another person's privacy.
