Future attack ad victim

As I write, rookie Quebec MP Ruth Ellen Brosseau, fresh from a Las Vegas holiday, has yet to set foot in her Trois-Rivieres area riding, beset by flooding. So far, hers has been an inauspicious entry into politics. If Brosseau’s detachment is matched by gaffe-prone incompetence, the accidental parliamentarian may yet become a poster girl for future Tory TV  attack ads; the Conservatives’ Michael Ignatieff of the 2015 federal election campaign.
