Should we have an abortion?

RE: “Couple’s website asks: Should we have an abortion?”, Sun online, Nov. 19, 2010. Peter and Alisha Arnold, the authors of an online plebiscite that solicits input from outsiders to help them decide whether their first child should be born or aborted, are a sign of an age of both decadence and nihilism, a symptom of a dying age. The reality TV vacuousness behind this stunt is, in its own way, as disturbing as the case of the feudal father who kills an allegedly wayward teenage daughter to redeem a vestige of his supposedly sullied honour.

(Not a dying age, just continual stupidity, broad in origin.)
