Re: "'Persecuted' minorities," Toronto Sun, September 8, 2001.

For Jews, the Holocaust is Auschwitz and Buchenwald; for Germans, it's the fire-bombing of Dresden and Hamburg; for Russians, Stalingrad and Leningrad. And so on.

Next April, when the Jewish community again mourns Jews who died in the Holocaust, will Michael Coren craft a column telling it to "Get a life, get over it - and please shut up"?

That would REALLY showcase -- given that he seems to very much want to -- the extent to which Coren is an equal opportunity opponent of minorities who tend to whine and complain of their unfair treatment by the media.
