Mr. Landy in his attack on Peter Worthington's April 5, 2001, article (Ukrainian guard was not a Nazi) also joins a short list of people who do not get it. The Odynsky decision is based on probability not on fact. And the writer's premise of free choice, if true, cuts both ways. If willing and unwilling collaborators are the same then he condemns Jewish capos as well as Mr. Odynsky. It is easy to point fingers 60 years later and speak of law when you were not there and your life is not on the line. This is also unbecoming.
