Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, having considered the report of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration under section 10 of the Citizenship Act in relation to the person named in the annexed schedule, hereby declines to exercise the power conferred by section 10 of the Citizenship Act with respect to that person.
