A U.S. judge refused to delay the trial of John Demjanjuk, who is
fighting allegations that he covered up a past as a guard at Nazi
death camps. Demjanjuk's trial remains scheduled to begin Tuesday.
Demjanjuk could lose his citizenship and be deported if prosecutors
prove that he concealed information about his past when entering the
United States.
