Unfortunately, today the Munich Court rejected our motions to rescind the arrest warrant.  They say that Germany has the legal authority to try my dad.  They say Double Jeopardy does not forbid the trial because it is not a principle of International Law.  All of the other evidentiary arguments they say have to be checked in a trial and the court has to decide in a general view of the evidence whether my dad is guilty or innocent.

We will appeal the decision.
