(1) The Russian Federation must stop the persecution of the Mejlis in Crimea and the Crimean Tatars.
(2) The Russian Federtion must provide Ukrainian language instruction in Crimea.
(3)
The Russian Federation and Ukraine must not exacerbate the
confrontation in the Donbas and must work towards implementing the
Minsk 2 accords.
