Re: Julian Assange and
the Wikileaks Affair
Think of global diplomacy as the proverbial year-end office party
where the liquour flows and random couples, all liquored up, steal
away to broom closets, lavatories and storage rooms for a tryst.
Then, a disgruntled company employee triggers the building's
sprinkler system and everyone is soaked and feels royally steamed by
the party being spoiled -- some so much so that they're actually
unmindful of the disheveled and pathetic way they look, sopping wet
and in various stages of undress.
That's how I view the Wikileaks affair, and its resultant scandal and
uproar.
