Toronto's finest will wave you on, perhaps even cheerfully so. Try the
same stunt Monday on Yonge Street with a few dozen onlookers, and
you'll be busted for indecent exposure by grim-faced policemen. Dinah
Washington neatly summed up that 24-hour discrepancy with her hit song What a Difference a Day Makes.
