CJC COMPLICITY IN SPOLIATION
Although document spoliation — which is to say, suppression or destruction — in the matter of CJC v UKAR may appear to be the lone work of CHRC Chief Commissioner Mary M Gusella, the CJC failure to join Prytulak in objecting to it points to CJC complicity. That is, the Gusella spoliation of Prytulak submissions invalidates CJC v UKAR proceedings and makes it impossible for the CJC prosecution to succeed. At the same time, it seems implausible that Mary M Gusella would have thus derailed the CJC prosecution on her own initiative, and it seems implausible that the CJC would watch Mary M Gusella derailing their project without protest. The only explanation that comes to mind is that Mary M Gusella performed the spoliation at the request of the CJC, and that the CJC values the spoliation because it understands that it has no chance of winning in a fair proceeding.
A further hypothesis suggested by a comparison of the CJC's Steven Rambam attempting to shut down UKAR using spoliation in Los Angeles (as is recounted in Lubomyr Prytulak's Appellant's Opening Brief at www.ukar.org\temp\a-2003-08-09.html#VII) and the CJC's Ed Morgan attempting to shut down UKAR using spoliation in Ottawa, is that the CJC has a gift for locating within a justice system pockets of corruption willing to engage in document spoliation on its behalf.
UPSURGE OF JEWISH DISAPPROVAL AGAINST CJC CRIMINALITY
The broader conclusion which evidence of the several varieties of CJC criminality supports is that the explosion of hate which CJC leadership fears amounts to only an elevation of disapproval, that the elevated disapproval that the CJC fears is not of Jews by non-Jews, but is in reality an elevated disapproval of CJC-leadership criminality by the Jewish people themselves, and that CJC leadership wishes to suppress UKAR because that is where the Jewish people are most likely to discover evidence of CJC-leadership criminality.
