In rating corruption in 90 countries, Transparency International (www.transparency.org/documents/cpi/2000/cpi2000.html) put Ukraine in third place, tied with Azerbaijan, and behind only Nigeria and Yugoslavia.  This distinction has been achieved under your administration.

From your personal point of view, there is no way that this situation can resolve itself satisfactorily � if you manage to avoid the fate of Ceausescu, it will only be to spend your last days in prison.

The long-suffering Ukrainian people await the day of reckoning.
