A copy of the report on the jurisdiction of the Commission to deal with the complaint is enclosed for your review. This report will be submitted to the Commission at one of its future meetings. If you would like to submit comments on the report, you can do so by writing to me at the address below by June 8, 2004. In order to avoid delay in the handling of this complaint, extensions to this period will not be granted, except in extraordinary circumstances. Please limit your submission to a single document of no more than 10 pages in length. Documents which the parties provided and that have already been reviewed will not be placed before the Commission. Your submission may be disclosed to the other party. Submissions received from the parties, along with the complaint and the attached report, will be provided to the Commission when it makes a decision on the disposition of the complaint. You will be advised of the Commission's decision as soon as it is rendered. We made an error on the Complaint Summary wherein we incorrectly identified the complainant. Please find enclosed the corrected Complaint Summary identifying the Canadian Jewish Congress as the complainant.
